If you are in a motor cycle gang — then Oakland is where it is at.  That is where all the bad ass motor cycle riders hang out.  I am not just talking Hell’s Angels.  I am talking the one-percenters! Sometimes I wonder what makes people do what they do. Actually I think that’s pretty much how I feel all the time. But I swear my boss was bipolar or OCD or something.
